Refund policy
Custom Orders
All Custom Rear Seat Delete sales are final. These items are made to order, and the build process begins immediately after purchase. Parts are automatically ordered based on your customization selections, which means refunds cannot be issued once an order is placed.
If you ordered a Plain Rear Seat Delete (black carpet with black quick releases), you may be eligible for a return only if the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
Standard Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-custom items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are damaged, altered, or modified in any way will not be accepted for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
