SHIPPING POLICY

Plain rear seat deletes are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom rear seat deletes, due to their made-to-order nature, may require additional processing time, typically ranging from 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and order volume. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination. Once your item ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international orders or shipping inquiries, please contact seatxsales@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

Damages and Lost Packages SeatX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim first, then contact us. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SeatX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses due to customer error.

International Orders (including Canada):
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply when orders arrive. SeatX does not collect or prepay these fees.
